You enter your own passwords and verification codes and approve every account, setting, purchase, trusted contact, and change. We do not keep passwords, recovery codes, or copies of your password manager.

Yes. We can help set up Bitwarden, improve password habits, and review available recovery, trusted-contact, emergency-access, or legacy options. You approve every setting and any paid feature before it is used.

Can a family member participate or request the visit?

Yes. A family member may request or participate with the customer's permission. The customer or authorized helper remains in control and approves the work.

No. We provide technology organization and account-setting help, not legal or estate-planning advice. We do not create legal documents, decide who should receive authority, or determine legal capacity. Those questions belong with a qualified attorney.

No. We do not keep passwords, recovery codes, or access to customer accounts, and we do not manage accounts after death. Family members must follow the account provider's requirements and any applicable legal process.

The standard visit includes up to 90 minutes. We review the request and provide a quote before the visit. Additional time, paid features, purchases, or follow-up work require your approval.

It is also helpful to decide which accounts matter most and whether you want a family member involved. You will enter your own passwords and verification codes.
