What equipment and account information should I have ready?

Please have your modem or router, television, streaming devices, remotes, cables, and phone available. You will enter your own passwords and verification codes.

Who controls passwords, verification codes, subscriptions, and purchases?

Accepted Answer

You enter your own passwords and verification codes and approve every subscription, purchase, and account change. We do not store passwords or payment information.

Do I need to be present, and do you use remote access?

Accepted Answer

The customer or an authorized helper should be present to approve changes and use the equipment. We never access your devices when you are not present.

What if a device is incompatible or setup cannot be completed?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes an older device, unavailable app, service outage, missing account access, or subscription issue prevents setup. We will explain what is blocking the work and the best next step.

What work is outside this service?

We do not run wiring inside walls, perform electrical work, repair equipment, or fix an internet provider's network. When needed, we will recommend the appropriate provider or repair professional.
